M&M Mars, Hershey’s, Nestle and One Dollar Bar
Pricing is based on the total number of cases ordered by manufacturer. Example: If you order 7 cases of Snickers and 5 cases of the Chocolatetown Plus you have a total of 12 cases. You will be charged $76 for the Snickers and $116 for the Chocolatetown Plus.

Minimums:

Minimum orders by supplier are included. Orders which do not meet minimum requirements will incur shipping charges. These charges will vary due to size and location of delivery. Please call for rate.

M&M Mars, Hershey’s and Nestle
The minimum order is $600 and this does allow for Free Shipping. *Participating warehouses may not stock all varieties of product due to the demand of the product in the region. Please call for verification.*

One Dollar Bar, Mega Warheads
The minimum order is one case.

Lollipops
The minimum order is one case.

Payment:

We offer 30 day payment terms on orders, which must be guaranteed with a credit card or school purchase order prior to shipping. For orders which are guaranteed by credit card, your card will not be charged, but the total amount of your order will be captured on your card until payment is received. The term captured means that the amount captured is not available for use by the cardholder. The captured amount is released once payment is received. If payment is not received within the thirty day time period then the card will be charged and a 2.5% surcharge of the total order will be added to cover the credit card usage fee. Lead Time:

Ten business days (excluding holidays and weekends) from our confirmed receipt of your order until the day the order ships.

M&M Mars, Hershey’s, Nestle and One Dollar Bar
Shipping is generally 5 to 7 business days. We will try to accommodate those orders over $6000.00 which may require a specific ship date. Please call to discuss details.

Prior to delivery: If any product on the order is temporarily out of stock, you will be notified and given the opportunity to substitute another item. If not replaced, this may hold up shipping times on your order.

Lollipops and Mega Warheads
Three to five business days from the date the order is placed.

Delivery Date:

We will make every effort to accommodate your requested delivery date. We recommend Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday deliveries and discourage Monday deliveries. Although we will strive to meet your requested delivery date eSchoolfundraising cannot guarantee a certain delivery date or time.

Order Revisions:

All changes (including additions, deletions, address changes, etc.) must be received no later than five business days after the order is received in order to avoid delays. Changes received after the 5-day deadline will result in a new order and will re-establish a new delivery date.

Order Confirmations:

Once your order is received and processed, eSchoolfundraising will send out a confirmation via fax for your review. Please ensure that the address, ship date, contact name and order quantities are all correct and sign and return to eSchoolfundraising. If any information is incorrect, please make necessary corrections and fax back to eSchoolfundraising or call within 24 hours of receiving our fax. If a signed confirmation is not received, eSchoolfundraising assumes the order was accepted as correct and will fill the order as is.

Delivery Receipt:

When a driver arrives to the delivery location, they will ask for a signature on the delivery receipt. Do NOT sign your name until all cases (including flavors) have been counted and checked against your final order. The driver cannot leave until the paper is signed so please do not let him pressure you into signing before insuring all of the product has arrived.

Please note all damages, incorrect case counts/ flavors and /or shortages on the bill of lading BEFORE signing.

Shortages/Damages:

Should eSchoolfundraising receive notification of a shortage from you, we will diligently work to determine how and why this shortage occurred. The signed delivery receipt from the carrier and the pick ticket will be pulled for comparison.

If the pick sheet is signed as correct and the delivery receipt is signed with no shortages noted, eSchoolfundraising assumes that the shortages are a result of distribution or tally error and all costs incurred will be responsibility of the customer. If we find that the pick ticket was not filled correctly or the delivery receipt indicates a shortage on delivery, the product will be shipped at no charge to you.

Returns:

eSchoolfundraising does not accept back any candy, cookie dough, cheesecake product due to health regulations.
